Stocking, delivery, and crew flow
We take off the house from the plans, order by room, and boom the board in through the openings before the windows close up where the framing allows. Stock lands the day before the hang crew, laid flat where each room needs it, so hangers hang instead of carrying. Tapers follow in sequence and the house dries on a coat-per-day rhythm.

Our number is per square foot of board with the assemblies called out: Type X at the garage separation, moisture-resistant board in baths and laundry, 5/8" on wide-spaced ceilings, Level 4 standard with Level 5 line-itemed where the plan calls for it. No allowances that move later, and no surprises between the bid and the invoice.
Punch to the walk-through
We punch to a written standard, corners sighted, seams checked under a raking lamp, before the painter or the closing walk finds it for us.
