Working to a drawing set
We build from the architectural set and the partition schedule: stud gauge and spacing, deflection track at the deck, rated versus non-rated, and where the board runs to the underside of structure instead of stopping at the grid.
Sequence and site conditions
Framing to layout, rough-in inspection, insulation, board one side, close the second after inspection, then tape and finish. We work off-hours in occupied buildings and coordinate our finish dates with the ceiling and paint subs.
Metal stud framing
20 to 25 gauge partitions, headers, soffits, and bulkheads.
Fire-rated assemblies
UL-listed shaft, corridor, and demising walls built to the listing.
Finish and punch
Level 4 standard, Level 5 in lobbies, punch list closed before turnover.
